Client Relationship Manager Wealth Management
Salary: £27,000£39,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Solihull office | Hybrid
An expanding wealth management firm is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support advisers in delivering an exceptional client service. You will manage a portfolio of clients, handle new business applications, liaise with providers, and ensure accurate, compliant documentation across pensions, investments, and other financial products.
This role involves regular client contact, supporting adviser and paraplanner workflows, and ensuring processes are followed smoothly from application through to completion. Strong organisational, communication, and relationship management skills are essential.
Key requirements:
1. Previous financial services / IFA experience
2. Knowledge of investments, pensions & financial planning products
3. Experience in new business processing & CRM/back-office systems
4. Understanding of compliance requirements (KYC, AML, FCA standards)
5. Client relationship management experience
Salary up to £39,000 DOE plus benefits, with agile working arrangements available after probation.
