Pound Supervisor Location: Plymouth NSL, part of Marston Holdings Limited have an exciting opportunity for a Pound Supervisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Our team of highly trained frontline colleagues and back-office support team members provide outsourced business services to the public and private sectors. These include comprehensive parking and street management solutions that contribute to creating a great place to work and live. As a Pound Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the vehicle pound and leading a team of Enforcement Officers to deliver a safe and efficient service. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing daily operations of the vehicle pound Leading, supporting, and coordinating Enforcement Officers Creating duty rosters and managing daily shift allocations Managing contract office routines and records Producing vehicle condition and reconciliation reports Maintaining accurate documentation in line with contract requirements Ensuring company equipment is used correctly and well maintained Completing incident, health & safety, and accident reports Liaising with members of the public and providing clear advice on enforcement procedures Handling phone enquiries, written correspondence, and customer complaints professionally What do you need to be a Pound Supervisor? Previous supervisor experience Experience using a cash receipting system Excellent time management and organisation skill Ability to communicate with customers often in difficult and demanding circumstances Strong report writing skills Flexibility to accommodate business needs What’s in it for you?
