Team Leader – Children’s Residential Care Location: WS10 8LE Full-Time | Brand-New Dual Registered Solo Homes Be part of something from the start. We’re excited to be recruiting 2 experienced and passionate Team Leaders for two brand-new solo children’s residential homes in Walsall. These homes are not open yet but we already have the wider team in place and just need the right leaders to complete it. Each home will be dual registered and run side by side under an experienced Registered Manager, with a Deputy Manager in place. You’ll be helping to lead the home from day one, shaping practice, building a strong culture, and delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care for the young people we support.
