Job title: Production Operative
Job type: Temporary - Ongoing
Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour (Day) and 12.58 per hour (Night), Post parity: 13.62 (Day & Night) per hour (post 12 weeks)
Location: Coleford, GL16 8JB

Must be flexible for all shifts & patterns

Responsibilities:
* Ensure effective production of quality products
* Follows all standard operating procedures and adhere to PPE requirements
* Some manual lifting required
* Preparing, operating and cleaning of packaging equipment.
* Carrying out on-line quality checks to the required standards on finished products, components and syrups.
* Flexibility to work within cross-functional teams on any aspect of the packaging operation subject to production requirements and appropriate training.
Experience:
* Previous production operative experience is preferred but not essential.
* Any type of experience working with food or drink is also beneficial but not essential.
Qualifications:
GCSE in English and Maths
Skills & behaviours:
* Must be flexible to work as per the shift pattern, have a good attitude, a desire to do the work, and the ability to get to the site.
* Should have excellent communication skills (writing, speaking & reading).
* Basic computer skills
