Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working on behalf of a Large manufacturer to recruit a Production Operative to work in a busy manufacturing environment based in Sherburn in Elmet. Role: Production Operative Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, Friday Location: Sherburn in Elmet Hourly Rate: £12.79 Responsibilities: Picking and preparing materials for production Loading and unloading machines Performing quality and quantity checks Packing and labelling products Following health and safety procedures at all times Keeping the factory floor clean and hazard-free Working to production schedules and deadlines Operating forklifts and other mechanical handling equipment (once trained) Reporting any issues or near misses to the Team Leader Being flexible to support overtime and shift changes when needed Requirements: Forklift experience is preferred Strong communication and organisational skills Confident, proactive, and motivated approach to work Good attention to detail and a methodical mindset Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines A team player who can also work independently Comfortable with manual handling and working in a fast-paced environment Awareness of ISO 9001 quality standards is a bonus If this is of interest to you please click apply or contact Lauren at Elevation Recruitment
