Working for a successful accountancy practice in Holsworthy.
The role is Monday–Friday– hours per week.
This is a key role, providing day-to-day administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth running of the office and helping drive our continued success.
Your new role
1. Providing admin and secretarial support to Partners, Directors, and Managers
2. Managing meeting room bookings, setups, and tidy-downs
3. Offering a warm wee to clients — greeting visitors, arranging parking, and serving refreshments
4. Handling switchboard calls, inte, and messages in a professional and efficient manner
5. Managing iing and outgoing posts and emails, including the main office inbox
6. Processing payments, maintaining petty cash, and dealing with client bankings
7. Keeping track of suppliers, contractors, and key office information like emergency contacts and utilities
8. Supporting client onboarding, including ID checks, system setup, and legal documentation
9. Ensuring client records and internal databases are accurate and up to date
10. Supporting the team with local office events, from managing invites to helping with logistics and follow-up
11. Helping keep our client records store well-organised
What you'll need to succeed
12. Previous experience in a similar admin or client-facing role
13. A friendly and approachable personality with a strong client service mindset
14. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle tasks and priorities
15. Professionalmunication skills, both written and verbal
16. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
17. A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail
18. Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
19. A team-oriented approach, while being able to work independently when needed
