In this role you will have a positive impact on children who have additional needs such as Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Speech and Language Delays and Global Development Delays. You will play a vital role in supporting students breaking down barriers to their learning and aiding in their academic and emotional development.

Daily Duties Include:
* Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet individual needs
* Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
* Managing behaviour positively and effectively
* Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
* Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff
* Communicating with parents and carers regarding pupil development
* Implementing strategies from EHCPs and individual support plans

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Right to work in the UK
* References covering the last 24 months
* Previous experience working with SEN pupils in a primary setting
