Location: Avonmouth Shift: 4 on 4 Off The Role We’re looking for Despatch Operatives to join our team in Avonmouth, helping get products loaded and out to customers on time. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role working as part of a team to pick, check and load orders ready for delivery. What You’ll Be Doing Picking and preparing orders for dispatch Loading products onto vehicles ready for delivery Checking the correct products and quantities Working to deadlines to get orders out on time Keeping the work area clean and safe Using equipment such as pallet trucks (training provided) What We’re Looking For Previous warehouse or despatch experience (preferred but not essential) Able to work in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail Reliable and able to work as part of a team Basic reading and number skills The Role Involves Manual handling and lifting Working to deadlines Being on your feet for most of the shift Benefits Baked In All colleagues can choose from a wide range of benefits in addition to salaries, based on their individual needs.
