They are well established within their industry and have a solid reputation for their commitment to excellence and integrity.\n\nDescription\n\nAs the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for the full HR life cycle, including, bt not limited to:\n\nEmployee Relations\n\nProvide accurate and timely advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.\nSupport and manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.\nConduct investigations and attend disciplinary/grievance hearings where appropriate.\n\nHR Policy and Compliance\n\nEnsure HR policies are up-to-date and in compliance with current legislation.\nSupport the implementation and communication of HR policies across the organisation.\nMonitor HR practices for adherence to internal standards and legal requirements.\n\nPerformance and Development\n\nAssist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.\nSupport managers and employees in identifying training and development needs.\nCoordinate or deliver training sessions and HR-related workshops when needed.\n\nData Management and Reporting\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.\nProduce regular reports and analytics on HR metrics such as turnover, absence, and employee engagement.\nEnsure compliance with GDPR and data protection policies.\n\nProjects and Initiatives\n\nParticipate in and support HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, or system implementations.\nContribute to organisational change processes and culture development. \n\nProfile\n\nThe successful HR Advisor should be\n\nCIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it.\nPrevious experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.\nSound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nAbility to build trusted relationships at all levels.\nHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skills.\nConfident in managing sensitive and complex employee relations issues.\nProficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
