The Role
You will:
* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to a range of SEND needs.
* Develop and implement EHCP targets effectively.
* Work closely with support staff, therapists, senior leadership and families.
* Foster a safe, inclusive and structured learning environment.
* Track, monitor and evidence student progress with clarity and accuracy.

Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Proven SEND teaching experience.
* Enhanced Child DBS (on the Update Service preferred).
* Enhanced Adult DBS.
* Full Right to Work in the UK (documentation required).
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
