The ideal Senior Sous Chef candidate will:-
* Collaborates with the Executive Head Chef to direct food preparation. Ensure consistency and quality in every dish, from preparation to presentation
* Assists with menu planning, inventory, and supply management
* Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards. Meets high standards of food hygiene and professionalism and trains your team to learn new cooking techniques.
* Have a fresh food pedigree
