Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operator Location: WrexhamSalary: £13.50 per hourJob Type: Full-time, Permanent / ContractShift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (6am 6pm / 6pm 6am flexibility for day and night rotation required)About the Role We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Counterbalance Forklift Driver & Warehouse Operator to join our team in Wrexham. This is a dynamic and varied role, perfect for individuals who enjoy a mix of forklift operation, general warehouse duties, and managing on-site recycling processes.Key Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operating a Counterbalance forklift truck.Performing general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and picking/packing.Managing and processing site recycling materials to maintain a clean and safe environment.Assisting with stock control and ensuring accurate inventory placement.Adhering strictly to site health and safety guidelines at all times.What We Are Looking For: A valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.Experience with recycling operations is a distinct advantage.Flexibility to commit to a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, including potential rotations between days and nights.Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic.Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of £13.50.Consistent and predictable 4 on, 4 off schedule.Opportunities for career progression within a growing team.On-site parking.How to Apply: If you have the required licence and experience, we would love to hear from you.
