Registered with Social Work England, you possess strong knowledge and experience in complex care within a Local Authority, and you are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults. What the Job Involves The role is based in Victoria with a hybrid working arrangement, including regular office attendance and flexible remote work as agreed. Key responsibilities include conducting Care Act assessments, developing care plans, performing risk and Mental Capacity Assessments, CHC assessments, managing referrals, and leading safeguarding enquiries. You will perform duty work, engage with a multi-disciplinary team, utilize MOSAIC/FWI systems, and support individuals in gaining independence through strength-based work. Skills Experience with MOSAIC/FWI systems Strong report writing skills Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Teams, and other MS Office apps Ability to work independently and collaboratively Demonstrated safeguarding experience Strong communication and collaboration skills A commitment to high-quality casework and customer service
