A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CHEF AT OUR HOTEL What you'll be doing To ensure that breakfast and dinner is cooked and presented to quality standards Production efficiencies and wastage control. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Food Hygiene proficient Receiving and checking deliveries Assist with dinner service preparation as required. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Genuine interest in cooking and enthusiasm for learning in a professional kitchen. Some previous kitchen experience is a plus, but a willingness to work hard and learn is essential. Understanding of basic food prep techniques and a commitment to improving your skills.
