Public sector client in the Kettering area are looking for an organised and experienced Administrator to join their team.
Job Description
* Working within the Acquisitions Department* Part of the wider Admin team* Dealing with property acquisitions and all related admin* Assisting Housing Officers
The Successful Applicant
* Organised and good communicator* Previous admin experience gained from an Estate Agent, Letting Agent or Conveyancing background* Competent with spreadsheets and databases* Working on a project in a brand new role* Able to commute to Kettering on a daily basis (some hybrid/flexibility but majority of role is based on site)

* 3 Month Agency Contract* Potential to go permanent at the end of the Project* Brand new role!* 37 Hours/Week Monday to Friday* Based on site in Kettering but with a little flexibility for hybrid to be discussed* Weekly Pay* £12.21/Hour + Holiday Pay* Start ASAP!
