Are you a patient, caring individual with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? We are currently working with a warm and nurturing one-form-entry Catholic primary school in the Worthing area that is looking for a dedicated Individual Needs Assistant to join their close-knit team this September. This is a unique opportunity to support pupils in a school where kindness, compassion, and community are at the heart of everything they do.
This welcoming primary school prides itself on being a caring and inclusive community, rooted in strong values of love, respect, and partnership with families. Staff here are passionate about getting to know every child and working closely with parents and carers to support each step of their educational journey.
With a strong Catholic ethos, the school places Gospel values at the centre of daily life, helping children to grow academically, emotionally, and spiritually in a supportive environment. The school offers a safe, vibrant, and inspiring place for learning, where every child is recognised as unique and valued.

* A commitment to inclusive education and the school's ethos of compassion and support
* Teamwork and strong communication skills
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Competitive weekly pay, paid directly through PAYE
