Job Description The Quantity Surveyor will hold primary responsibility for contractual management, commercial governance, and compliance across the business, rather than day-to-day project cost control. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role will act as the central authority for client and subcontractor contracts, ensuring all agreements, insurances, PPQs, and commercial documentation are fully compliant, current, and aligned with contractual and regulatory requirements.
