Job Description
Your responsibilities include accurately translating contractual and operational requirements to ensure that our Helpdesk exceeds client expectations.
With your attention to detail and commitment to quality service, you will contribute to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsibilities include the process and logging of client calls regarding sites and the accurate translation of these calls into engineering or FM solutions
2. Identification of the most appropriate solution to the client request within the contractual process
3. Build relationships with client and account delivery team
4. Management and updating of associated software and programs (e.g. Maximo)
5. General administration duties
6. Provide a professional and articulate helpdesk solution to the client
7. Support the account delivery team from an administrative perspective
8. Escalate any identified issues to line management and seek advice when needed
9. Work within given guidelines and company processes and procedures
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
10. Educated to GCSE standard with at least 5 Grade C passes or above OR an NVQ qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, ICT or equivalent
11. Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre or administrative role
12. Call handling experience
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
14. Excellent communication skills
15. Evidence of working within a team, supporting and working with others to reach organisational goals
16. Organised with good planning ability, to organise / schedule events and activities
17. Capability to understand and analyse statistical data
