Bright Kids was established in 1999 and has been delivering high quality childcare since then. We are looking for candidates who are Level 2 or Level 3 (or above) qualified in Early Years. Newly qualified applicants are welcome to apply for our setting in Barley Lea, Coventry.
As a Nursery Practitioner, your main responsibility will be supporting children's development by providing a range of activities in a stimulating environment, covering the EYFS curriculum.
The Bright Kids brand offers extensive training, support, and progression opportunities. You will receive high-quality, up-to-date training from our in-house team at MBK Group, including basic courses like Paediatric First Aid and broader topics such as Preparing for your EIF Inspection and Let them Loose with Natural Materials. The first month’s nursery fees are free, subject to successful probation.
Our positions are ideally full-time with a rotating shift pattern from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Part-time and flexible options are available and open for discussion.
Salary: Up to £26,400 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, including an attendance bonus scheme.
