What skills and experience we're looking for
The Head Teacher and Governors of this popular and very happy school wish to appoint an experienced, highly motivated, and innovative teaching assistant to join our energetic, hard-working, and very supportive staff.
Experience in delivering support sessions such as Phonics, Social Skills, Maths groups, interventions, and general classroom support for KS1/KS2 children.
We require two temporary 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants (mornings and afternoons), initially until July 2026, with the possibility of extension until Summer 2027. The role involves assisting with intimate care and medical needs of an SEN child, and playing a proactive role in developing and adapting learning activities under the supervision of teaching staff.
