Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Warrington for Sub Contract Admin. The role involves managing Sub Contract credit control processes, including monitoring outstanding payments, liaising with customers to ensure timely payments, and minimizing bad debts. Might suit a newly qualified QS. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of debtors, assisting with debt collection. You will be part of the sub contract team completing valuations and other tasks as required. Ideally live within a 5 - 10 mile radius.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Credit Control and Credit Management processes
* Experience in Debt Collection and managing Debtors
* Strong organizational and administrative skills
* Effective communication and customer service skills, particularly in resolving payment issues
* Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word)
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred
