Elite Touch Group Ltd are excited to be working with their well-established client, who are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their busy residential Conveyancing department, based at their Shirley Office.
Permanent vacancy at our Shirley office for a hard working and enthusiastic legal secretary to work in the conveyancing team.
Responsibilities
* Strong audio and copy typing skills. Proficient with Outlook, Word and preferably Excel;
* Confident telephone manner handling telephone and face to face enquiries from clients and third parties;
* Competent diary management skills to include organising meetings and appointments;
* Preparation of client bills and client reporting;
* Responsibility for file maintenance and correspondence;
* General ad-hoc administration duties.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous legal secretarial experience together with excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
