* Collaborate across departments to embed quality in every new product and process.
* Keep detailed, accurate, and transparent quality documentation.

What You'll Bring

* Experience in a Quality Control, Quality Engineer, or Quality Technician role within a manufacturing environment (plastics, injection moulding, extrusion, or similar).
* Hands‑on knowledge of inspection and measurement techniques, and strong analytical skills using tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa.
* A solid understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
* Confident working with data and proficient in Microsoft Office.
* A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem‑solving.
* The ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.

What’s in It for You

* Genuine career progression – be part of a company that invests in your growth and offers clear development pathways.
* Professional training and mentoring to support your long‑term success.
* Competitive salary based on experience, plus company pension and benefits.
* The chance to work in a sustainable, innovative manufacturing environment where your ideas are valued.
* A supportive, inclusive culture where teamwork and continuous improvement are part of the DNA.
