Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Thurrock, RM20 3FN
Salary: Between £29,500-£34,500 + Bonus (Depending Upon Experience)
Role is full time and permanent – 42.5 hours a week – Monday to Friday and Saturday’s on a rota basis.
Our client is an independent dealer group which operates a network of 61 dealership sites in the UK and channel islands. Our client are now looking for a Mobile Service Advisor for their South East Mobile Service division.
Job Purpose:
Reporting into the Mobile Service Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for driving the standard in customer care and deliver a courteous and efficient reception ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and communication with the Mobile Vehicle Team.
You will also be responsible for tracking the progress of vehicles through the Workshop and liaising with the customer base thereby maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
● Drive the standard in customer care with the diverse customer base
● Rapport building between customer internal and external.
● Following the customer journey process on all occasions
● Go beyond process in delivering exceptional customer service.
● Deliver effective value-added sales solutions to customers to ethically promote the wide range of products and services.
● Flexibility to the needs of business and customer.
● Daily processes in customer updates, Wip, Debtors, communicating with technicians and ensure all jobs are attended and clocked.
● Been able to work remotely and a suitable place at home to work.
Essential Skills and Experience:
● IT literate, and familiar with web-based process and stock management systems.
● Evidence of previous service department experience.
● Administrative experience.
● Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
● Excellent communication and customer service skills with experience handling complaints.
● Evidence of customer facing administrative experience.
● Experience in a customer service environment.
● Evidence of ‘Right to work in the UK’
● Able to work to deadlines.
● Full driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
● Experience in a selling environment
● Experience using Kerridge
