Job Overview
As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a number of client projects and accounts. We work with clients in a numerous sectors and offer a wide range of digital solutions including the development of bespoke systems, online tools and e-commerce solutions.
You will be joining an experienced and enthusiastic team operating at the top of their game. You will lead a small team of developers and also work hand-in-hand with our talented team of designers, copywriters, and digital marketing experts to deliver full service solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
* Team leadership - foster strong relationships and create a collaborative environment. Understand and apply appropriate management styles.
* Manage end-to-end execution of digital projects, including requirements capture, milestone creation, resource allocation, client communication, QA and testing, and final delivery.
* Maximise team efficiency with careful allocation of resources.
* Ensure detailed planning for all projects/deliverables throughout their lifecycle.
* Drive the team towards timely and quality delivery of solutions, within client budgets.
* Timely client communication skills and be confident in discussing technical solutions and processing feedback. Regularly update clients with progress summaries and planned work/delivery.
* Prepare comprehensive reports at regular intervals, demonstrating the value of their investment.
* Effectively work alongside other internal departments to deliver multi service solutions.
Experience
We're looking for someone with at least two years of demonstrable experience of managing digital projects. You should have:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, with agency experience being advantageous.
* Strong knowledge of the web and digital technologies.
* Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and in budget.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Confidence in your communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
* Ability to manage your workload to a high standard, delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
* A self-motivated and proactive approach, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the digital landscape.
