Main Duties
* Oversee the administration and management of all fleet vehicles - approx. 70 — from procurement through to handover and ongoing support.
* Monitor driver vehicle checks, analyse data, and promote safe driving practices across the business.
* Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth handover and maintenance of fleet vehicles.
* Support implementation of Group-wide fleet management software.
* Maintain accurate records of driving licences and manage the Group's fleet insurance and claims process.
* Handle traffic offences (PCNs), ensuring timely resolution and accurate reporting.
* Support the strategic development of the Group's fleet as the business continues to grow.
* Support the delivery of cost-effective, timely purchasing of goods and services aligned with company strategy and brand.
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable and efficient procurement.
* Conduct market research to identify best costs, market trends, and new opportunities.
* Source products and services in line with Group procurement policies and best practice.
