We are looking for an experienced creative, confident and highly organised Senior Marketing Executive with experience in the built environment or a professional services environment.
About the role
Working as part of our Business Development and Marketing team this role will provide advice and hands-on support across the company’s 15 offices and eight services. We are looking for an individual who will proactively contribute to a wide range of business development and marketing initiatives, working across a variety of mediums including collateral, web content, video, podcast, PR and business development activity. The ideal candidate will bring a curious mindset and a collaborative approach - thriving in a fast-paced environment full of evolving challenges and opportunities. A commercial-mindset and knowledge of how business-to-business (B2B)/ professional services marketing contributes to work winning and customer acquisition and advocacy is desirable.
The Senior Marketing Executive will work across all marketing and business development activity including:
* Shaping the development and execution of marketing campaigns
* Independently drafting, editing and publishing external communications for all channels
* Proactively seeking opportunities for communications
* Developing, updating and managing marketing collateral, working closely with our in-house Creative Design team
* Supporting our PR activity, working closely with our PR agency
* Drafting press releases
* Managing and maintaining project communications, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
* Supporting on national events
* Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across Turley
* Using business development insights to create and inform targeted marketing outputs
* Facilitate and encourage best practice business development in planning and execution
The ideal candidate will be proactive and able to work using their initiative. We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills who can build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. The role requires someone who can work well under pressure and is able to prioritise effectively. Excellent written English, attention to detail and proof-reading skills are essential. You will have good working knowledge of web content management systems. Basic knowledge of InDesign for producing documents from templates would be advantageous. Experience working with a PR agency would also be advantageous but is not essential. Experience or familiarity of work winning and routes to market is advantageous but is not essential.
