A chance to join a forward-thinking, award-winning agency in an exciting leadership role. The successful candidate will take up a primarily client-focused role, working with a number of clients commercially and strategically as well as taking responsibility for targets and the wider development of the team.
Responsibilities
* Shaping and implementing business strategy across the B2B team, using real-time analysis to seize opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Driving client retention, growth, and new business while managing P&L and setting ambitious financial goals.
* Leading top-level strategic direction for clients, ensuring delivery of award-winning, boundary-pushing work.
* Inspiring and developing senior talent, fostering collaboration, and embedding culture across the agency.
* Champion brands and offer leading thought leadership and developing new sub-brands.
* Staying ahead of emerging trends and ensuring strategic implementation across the team.
* Coaching team members in best practice for selling ideas and winning new business.
