Do you have an interest in marketing? If you're creative, detail oriented and keen to learn, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. We're seeking a highly organised individual to join our Retention and Operations Team in a 12-month fixed-term contract. Working alongside other Marketing Coordinators, you\'ll rotate and share work, broadening and strengthening your marketing skill sets. You\'ll help expand the team\'s day-to-day capacity, leading on owned tasks and initiatives, and working with internal and external stakeholders. Examples include communication approval, creative reviews, daily reporting, desk research, backlog management and workshop facilitation. Our Marketing Coordinators support across different areas: marketing technology, production and operations, finance, risk and incidents.
Key responsibilities
* Help deliver our team\'s annual priorities and plans.
* Manage communication approvals and liaise with stakeholders across the business to deliver projects in a timely, compliant, and cost-effective way.
* Work with Marketing Managers on delivery of various marketing campaigns and projects to drive high engagement and interest in our services.
* Assist the wider team with various admin tasks, contributing to both business and customer needs.
* Enable actionable insights across a variety of methods, including campaigns, influencing key stakeholders and help increase customer satisfaction through the removal of pain points.
* Create strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Act as role model and customer champion within AXA Health.
Work arrangements
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You\'ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed with Talent Acquisition.
Your skills & experience
* Previous marketing experience is required.
* Experience of working in a corporate business environment is needed.
* Good knowledge of adhering to and managing within a regulated environment preferred.
* Project management skills.
* Outstanding stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent storyteller able to engage a diverse group of stakeholders.
* Proactive approach to problem solving.
* Ability to use metrics to assess success.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
