We re looking for a reliable, experienced Sous Chef who thrives in a busy service environment. Working alongside the Head Chef, you ll play a key role in leading the kitchen during high-volume service while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency, and confidently run the kitchen when the Head Chef is off.
