What You’ll Be Doing
* Conducting industry research to define target companies, map decision-makers, and craft relevant value propositions.
* Cold outreach to prospects via LinkedIn, email, calls, and your personal network.
* Visiting business districts, commercial hubs, and office locations to introduce KYC/AML solutions and distribute marketing and educational materials to relevant stakeholders.
* Building relationships with prospects through in-person meetings, coffee chats, and regular follow-ups with the goal of pushing conversations toward product demo calls.
* Planning and executing networking events: scouting venues, managing logistics, coordinating guest communication, and ensuring smooth on-ground execution alongside senior leadership.
* Maintaining organised records of outreach activity, prospect engagement, and pipeline progress.
Who We’re Looking For
* Energetic and self-motivated, comfortable approaching new people and handling rejection professionally.
* A strong communicator who can represent the brand confidently in face-to-face settings.
* Some experience in field outreach, promotions, startups, or sales environments where hustle and consistency mattered is a strong plus, but not required.
* Genuinely interested in breaking into fintech, KYC/AML, iGaming, or software business development.
* Comfortable using personal or public transport for travel within the city.
Compensation & Growth
* Fixed monthly stipend plus uncapped commission on qualified opportunities and closed deals.
* Strong performers will be considered for a permanent Business Development role at the end of the three-month contract.
