A specialist SEN school in Walton-on-Thames is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with special educational needs within a supportive and inclusive environment.
Working Hours
* Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
* Wednesday: 8:30am - 4:15pm (CPD included)
* Friday: 8:30am - 2:30pm
The Role:
* Support teaching and learning across the school
* Deliver interventions and small group activities
* Work closely with teachers and support staff
* Help provide a positive and engaging learning environment
* Support pupils with a range of additional needs
* Location: Walton-on-Thames
Requirements:
Applicants must:
* Have Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) experience or hold a recognised Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification
* Have experience working within an SEN setting
* Hold an enhanced DBS check or be willing to obtain one
* Have the right to work in the UK
* Be able to commute to Walton-on-Thames
