Role: Senior / Principal / Associate Town Planner
Location: South Manchester
Salary: DOE (flexible and competitive)

Key responsibilities:
* Manage and lead diverse planning projects, including site promotions, applications, and appeals
* Draft and review planning documents, including Planning Statements and technical reports
* Carry out site visits and coordinate input from multi-disciplinary teams
* Monitor project budgets and handle associated invoicing
* Engage with Planning Officers, statutory consultees, and specialist consultants
* Provide clear, practical planning advice to clients and support colleagues through mentoring
* Foster strong client relationships and contribute to business development opportunities
* Actively represent the company at professional, networking, and industry events
You will have:
* Minimum of 3 years experience
* RTPI membership
* Understanding of UK planning regulations
* A degree or higher in Town Planning or a related field.
* Full driving license
