About the Role
As our Business Development Representative, you will be the face of our dementia care services, building relationships within the community and connecting families with the compassionate care they need. Key Responsibilities
* Client Acquisition: Actively seek and secure new clients for our dementia care services
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong connections with healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations
* Community Engagement: Attend and organize memory teas, community events, and educational workshops
* Networking: Build a robust network of referral sources including doctors, hospitals, care coordinators, and family support groups
* Market Development: Identify new opportunities and markets within the dementia care sector
* Client Consultation: Conduct initial assessments and consultations with prospective families
* Follow-up: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and referral sources
