✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Produce accurate daily transport reports, ensuring data is captured, checked, and shared on time to support operational decision‑making and “Right First Time” performance.
* Communicate professionally with drivers, customers, and the wider DHL team, providing updates, resolving queries, and maintaining DHL's high customer service standards.
* Support smooth transport operations, including load planning, scheduling, POD tracking, and incident logging, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
