This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised professional to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across a portfolio of residential properties. The RoleAs Repairs Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring repairs and maintenance works are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You will play a key role in maintaining excellent service delivery and tenant satisfaction.
