Due to continued growth, we are now expanding our operations team and hiring an Event Operations Manager to oversee the planning and execution of our premium events across the UK and internationally. Key Responsibilities: ? Plan, design, and execute a wide range of events including conferences, VIP dinners, and bespoke client experiences. ? Manage the end-to-end event cycle, from concept creation and vendor management through to onsite execution and post-event analysis. ? Act as the main liaison for clients, overseeing their journey from contract signing through to event delivery. ? Coordinate pre-event planning: collect event deliverables, session content, and attendee information. ? Conduct event briefings for speakers, sponsors, staff, suppliers, and stakeholders. ? Oversee venue searches, catering, and event facilities, including site visits and logistics coordination. ? Manage event logistics such as staff travel, transport, accommodation, AV requirements, signage, and branding. ? Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams, as well as external vendors and agencies, to ensure seamless event delivery. ? Provide ongoing support to the global business development team and contribute to event-related sales initiatives. ? Attend regular event planning meetings, providing clear updates, identifying risks, and implementing solutions. ? Lead on event wrap-ups, reporting key learnings, and recommending improvements for future events. Personal Specification: ? 35 years experience in a fast-paced, high-volume events role, preferably within the B2B or conference sector. ? Proven track record of end-to-end event delivery, from planning through to execution. ? Strong project management and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail. ? Sound commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset. ? Confident communicator, capable of managing client relationships and cross-functional internal teams. ?
