Confluent Medical Technologies is growing! We’re looking for a Warehouse Coordinator 2 to join our Warwick, RI Team.
In this position, you must have a strong background in warehouse operations, specifically in shipping and receiving within a regulated manufacturing environment. You will support the daily coordination of incoming and outgoing materials while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative to help meet Confluent’s production timelines and operational goals.
As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will:
1. Receive, inspect, and process incoming raw materials and components for production use.
2. Coordinate shipping activities for both domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and documentation requirements.
3. Package materials and products safely and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs and customer specifications.
4. Work with Inventory Control and Production teams to ensure timely material availability and movement.
5. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through cycle counting and data entry.
6. Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and staged to support production demands.
7. Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) safely and maintain certification, as applicable.
8. Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
9. Utilize ERP systems (such as Oracle or SAP) to document transactions and maintain inventory records.
10. Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
11. Communicate effectively across departments to resolve issues related to shipping delays, material discrepancies, and documentation.
Education and Experience:
12. High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical training preferred.
13. A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving, preferably in a manufacturing or medical device environment.
14. Working knowledge of international and domestic shipping requirements and documentation.
15. Familiarity with inventory systems and ERP software required (Oracle experience a plus).
16. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
17. Forklift certification preferred.
