Are you a passionate Food & Nutrition Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of learners?
We are working in partnership with our client, a successful and high-achieving academy school based in Brooklands, Milton Keynes, to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Food & Nutrition Teacher for a maternity leave cover position starting in September 2025.
The Role:
Deliver engaging and high-quality Food & Nutrition lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with national curriculum standards
Support student progress and development in a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and departmental collaboration
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Have experience teaching Food & Nutrition at secondary level (KS3 and KS4)
Be passionate about their subject and committed to supporting student achievement
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and strong communication skills
Be available for a full-time maternity cover from September 2025

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
