What's involved with this role: Job Title: HR Business Partner Ref: HG 1000102415555235 Pay rate: £20.00 per hour PAYE Role length: Anticipated 3 months The role: We are looking for a confident, forward-thinking HR Business Partner to work at the heart of the people strategy by helping create high performing teams, reducing attrition, attracting top talent, championing wellbeing, and shaping the approach to talent, performance, inclusion, and engagement. In order to carry out the role, you will be a CIPD-qualified (or working towards) HR professional with strong generalist experience, bringing expertise in employee relations, change management, people analytics, and engagement. You will be a trusted advisor and coach who uses data-driven insights to influence action, embraces digital tools and self-service, and is skilled in HR systems, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and modern communication platforms. You must have significant ER case management and change leadership experience, including tupe in/out etc. Key responsibilities: Provide invaluable support to stakeholders through involvement with skills and talent mapping Effective people management, supporting and enabling change, and using data and insights to find evidence-based solutions to problems and to make continuous improvements Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies that align with business goals Use data and insight to solve real problems – and spot opportunities to improve Lead on employee relations, bringing a fair, balanced, and legally-sound approach Drive change projects, supporting teams through transformation and growth.
