Job Title: Service Manager

Salary: From £40,000
Hours: 40 per week
We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead a busy mobile and workshop service team. You’ll ensure smooth operations, deliver excellent customer service, and drive business growth while maintaining technical standards.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and motivate the service team, overseeing daily operations and groundcare upkeep.
* Resolve technical issues and act as the main contact for customers.
* Support apprentice development and ongoing team training.
* Manage budgets, monitor efficiency, and identify growth opportunities.
Skills & Experience:
* Leadership and team management
* Technical knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and ability to multitask
