Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Planning and Admin Officer to join an established team responsible for delivering and managing Void Maintenance and related repair works. The role involves close collaboration with the Allocations team and Local Housing teams.
The successful candidate will ensure that work is completed to a high standard, within specified timescales, and meets client and customer satisfaction. Experience in a customer-focused team is desirable.
Qualifications:
* Educated to GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics or equivalent qualification, or demonstrated experience and ability to perform the role.
