What You’ll Do
* Support clubs via phone, email & helpdesk
* Troubleshoot queries and escalate development needs
* Deliver online and in-person system training
* Support customer onboarding & data set-up
* Keep CRM/helpdesk records accurate
* Build relationships that support customer retention
