Job Description

The role governs planning and procurement deliverables (shortage management, supplier enablement, ERP/MRP integrity, ECR/ECO impacts), controls risk and assures readiness through industrial gates - to protect customer commitments and financial forecasts. Acts as the primary supply-chain voice at programme reviews and senior forums, presenting performance, risks, and recovery with clear decision asks.- Project Leadership & Governance- Planning & Procurement Alignment- Performance Management- Change & Risk Management- Continuous Improvement & Strategy

The Successful Applicant

Candidate skills:

3. 5-8 years' experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or programme management in a manufacturing environment.
4. Strong working knowledge of supply chain processes.
5. Proven ability to manage shortages, supplier risks,
6. and procurement deliverables in a programme context.
7. Experience interfacing with senior stakeholders and customers.
8. Strong analytical and financial awareness (budget, alignment, costs monitoring).
9. Proven use of ERP/MRP systems and strong Excel/BI capability.
10. APIC CPIM/CSCP, PMP, or equivalent qualification
11. Experience with Lean/CI, One Safran, or Industry 4.0 practices.
12. Strong leadership presence; able to influence cross functional teams without direct authority.
13. Highly organised, able to balance tactical execution with strategic oversight.
14. Analytical data-driven, and financially literate.
15. Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
16. Resilient and adaptable in managing complex, fast paced programmes.
17. Collaborative and team-oriented, building trust across functions.
18. Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on long-term capability.
