Skills & Experience Required
* 5–8 years PQE as a commercial lawyer.
* Negotiate complex contracts and supplier agreements.
* Support corporate transactions and strategic projects.
* Advice on financing and property portfolio management.
* Strong ability to prioritise, solve problems, and manage multiple projects.
* A proactive, collaborative team player who builds trust and communicates clearly.
* Experience in complex, asset-intensive industries (engineering, aerospace, transport, etc.).
* In-house experience is desirable.
* Flexible to attend the office 2–3 days per week as part of a hybrid working model.
What You’ll Do:
* Provide legal support across procurement, fleet, engineering & maintenance, and facilities.
* Advise on supplier agreements, fleet transactions, financing arrangements, and property portfolio matters.
* Support strategic projects, including acquisitions, partnerships, and corporate restructuring.
* Drive process improvements and smarter ways of working, including the adoption of automation and technology.
