Role Overview
This role is a Business Support Administrator within the Together4Children Regional Permanency Partnership, working with a hybrid pattern of office and home based work.
Main Responsibilities
* Managing and maintaining accurate case records and databases.
* Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and in line with legal requirements.
* Coordinating/minuting meetings and documentation to a high standard.
* Supporting the progression of adoption assessments and approvals.
* Acting as a friendly, efficient point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
* Contributing to continuous improvement and development within the service.
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong administrative experience.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* The ability to manage conflicting priorities.
* Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
* A calm, supportive approach when working with sensitive situations.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* A positive, team‑focused attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
