The Role
You will take ownership of a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
* Purchases
* Re-mortgages
From instruction through to post-completion, you’ll manage files independently while delivering an exceptional client experience at every stage of the transaction.
What We’re Looking For
* A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEx professional, or experienced Fee Earner
* Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
* Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding client service
* Experience using case management systems and confidence with legal technology
* A commercial mindset, with enthusiasm for networking and generating new business
