* Position: Estates Manager
* Location: Various Locations - Mainly London Region and Home Counties
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (hours may vary)
* Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
As an Estates Manager, you will:
* Provide estate management cover, overseeing daily operations, and leading by example in line with company policies and values.
* Ensure health and safety compliance onsite.
* Manage staff including appraisals, training, development, and performance management.
* Bring experience in residential estate management, delivering excellence, managing leaseholder queries, and leading teams.
* Be adaptable to transfer experience across multiple developments.
* Manage external contractors, property maintenance, and major works projects.
* Communicate confidently with stakeholders, residents, and contractors.
* Conduct site inspections, ensure safety regulations, and have basic knowledge of building maintenance systems.
* Understand budgets, service charge budgets, and Section 20 consultations, working closely with the property management team.
