Our Peterborough based client, within the food sector, is looking for a driven Telesales or Account Executive to join their team within an exciting dual role as a Telesales & Customer Service Executive.
Seamlessly balancing responsibilities, you'll strategically allocate time between account management of existing clients and developing new business, in order to achieve KPIs. Successful sales will lead to a larger earning potential with a generous £6,000 bonus.
You will have proven customer service or client management background, with superb relationship building abilities, as well as having a target-driven mindset. Strong verbal communication for telephone sales, being IT/systems literate and having the ability to successfully sell through cold calling are essential for the role.
As Telesales & Customer Service Executive you will:
* Manage and grow sales into a specific customer base through outbound sales calls and emails.
* Input sales orders from the existing customer base.
* Answer incoming sales calls and emails.
* Deal with all customer service needs in a timely & effective manner.
* Sell in a promotional deals per day during sales calls & raise awareness of new products.
