We are looking for an exceptional EYFS Lead to inspire and drive excellence across our Early Years provision. The role involves shaping high‑quality learning experiences, modeling outstanding practice and leading a committed team.
Key responsibilities
* Evaluating pupils’ progress, achievement and attainment, and reporting to the Senior Leadership Team/Head teacher
* Moderating with the EYFS team to evaluate and consider next steps from the data, including baseline data
* Co‑ordinating the work of the EYFS, supporting and advising teachers as appropriate
* Establishing good relationships, encouraging good working practices and coaching teachers in the EYFS
* Monitoring progress across the EYFS and ensuring appropriate action plans are in place
Pay range
* Full time, Permanent
Qualifications and skills
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage statutory framework
* Evidence of continuous professional development related to Early Years or leadershipExcellent knowledge of child development and early learning pedagogy
* Creative, reflective and committed to delivering an ambitious and inclusive EYFS environment
* A passion for nurturing children’s curiosity, independence and love of learning
